Andaz Tokyo to Serve European Cuisine in April and White Asparagus Special Menu in May

Starting in April, Andaz Tokyo in Toranomon, Tokyo, will offer a special menu that evokes the refreshing feeling of early summer.

From April 1st to 30th, the main dining restaurant, Andaz Tavan, will offer a "Traveling European Claypot" menu, featuring dishes from five iconic European countries, arranged in the restaurant's signature claypot. German pork neck (3,500 yen), Greek lamb shank (4,800 yen), Belgian scallops (5,100 yen), Italian rabbit (6,600 yen), and Spanish paella-style (7,800 yen) will be based on each country's cuisine and presented in Andaz Tavan's style. Yamanashi Prefecture herb chicken claypot (5,800 yen) will also be available.

From May 8th to June 30th, Andaz Tavan will also offer a luxurious menu featuring white asparagus. Guests can enjoy collaborations with carefully selected ingredients, such as the "My Asparagus Dish" (2,800 yen / additional options from 800 to 2,800 yen), which can be paired with optional dishes such as homemade marinated salmon and Parma ham.

In addition, from May 1st to June 30th, the "Rooftop Bar," which offers a panoramic view of Tokyo Bay, will offer original recipes by mixologists who have created unique spritz drinks incorporating sparkling wine, sake, and other ingredients. The menu includes five types: "Andaz Spritz," "Negroni Zubariato," "Botanical Spritz," "Spring Spritz," and "Tokyo Seaside Spritz" (1,950 yen each / punch bowls 7,600 yen each). Additionally, from May 9th to June 3rd, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5pm to 9pm, there will be "Rooftop Sundowners" (starting from 10,000 yen), where you can enjoy two hours of free-flowing drinks and the original welcome cocktail "Sunset Mimosa."

In addition, cafe and bar "BeBu" will be offering a "Small World Burger" menu, which allows you to taste hamburgers from all over the world in one dish, and "Early Summer Mexicana" will be held again this year, following on from 2016. In addition, from May 1st to June 16th, the Pastry Shop will be holding a "New Tea Bitter Sweets" event where you can enjoy new tea eclairs (small, 200 yen / large, 490 yen) and new tea roll cakes (600 yen), while from May 1st to June 30th, the AO Spa & Club, where you can enjoy a personalized spa experience, will be offering special services such as "Pearl Glam" (90 minutes / 25,000 yen) and "Coconut & Mother of Pearl Bath Time" (30 minutes / 7,500 yen), a treatment menu using pearls, the birthstone for June.
