A truly delicious "Golden Omelette Class" will be held at Hotel New Otani!

On May 18th, the "Golden Omelette Class - Cooking Demonstration & Lunch" will be held at the coffee shop "SATSUKI" at Hotel New Otani in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo.

Hotel SATSUKI's head chef, Koide Hiroyuki, who oversaw the Western cuisine section of "100 Ways to Make Truly Delicious Egg Dishes" (Ikaros Publishing), will demonstrate the omelet technique and teach participants detailed explanations. After the demonstration, a French-style lunch will be served, featuring "Truffle Scrambled Eggs," a classic dish made with truffles, a classic combination from the book.

The class is limited to a maximum of 20 people, and the fee, including the class and lunch, is 10,000 yen (tax included).
