The Marble Lounge on the first floor of Hilton Tokyo will host a dessert fair, "Marie Antoinette's Wedding," from July 1 to September 30. Since its launch in 2015, this wildly popular dessert fair has attracted over 70,000 visitors annually, with reservations nearly always full. This year's theme is "The Marriage of Queen Marie Antoinette," and the fair has collaborated with Nina's Marie Antoinette, the French tea brand and the only official partner of the "King's Garden" in Versailles, to create a truly romantic atmosphere. Passing through the rose arch at the lounge's entrance, guests are transported to a glittering, opulent world, as if invited to a royal wedding. The interior is decorated with mirrors, chandeliers, and a pink, blue, and gold wedding cake, as well as adorable shoes, parasols, and a horse-drawn carriage, evoking Marie Antoinette's wedding preparations. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Osamu Handa has created a charming lineup of pink and pastel-colored desserts, featuring roses and sweet and sour fruits. Enjoy a total of 30 desserts, including "French Rose," a rose-flavored treat tossed with raspberries and rose cream and sprinkled with rose petals; "Nouvelle Marie," a white chocolate mousse with a tart peach and pêche de vigne; and "Religieuse," a cream puff made with custard cream and a cassis sauce infused with lavender flowers. Also available on the buffet table is "Marie Antoinette Antique Cake," a lemon and apple pound cake made using a recipe handed down to Ninas Marie Antoinette, who is said to have actually loved it. There will also be an "Eat Cake and Bread" corner where you can enjoy light meals such as "Tropézienne with Orange Blossom Fragrance" and "Kuglof" made with brioche dough, two kinds of chocolate fountains, sandwiches, and pasta.

Serving times are from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, and prices are 3,800 yen for adults and 2,400 yen for children, and 3,920 yen for adults and 2,450 yen for children on weekends and holidays (tax and service charges not included in all prices).
