This innovative "Brioche French Toast" features a caramelized surface on the smooth, homemade brioche, made with plenty of butter and eggs. This premium dish is made with Hachijojima Jersey milk, Taiyo eggs from Nagasaki Prefecture raised on natural, additive-free feed, honey from French sunflowers, and almond milk, and is accented with Grand Marnier liquor with a subtle orange aroma and the deep sweetness of Wasanbon sugar.
This summer-only special treat is a special treat that can be enjoyed with almond pudding garnished with muskmelon, almond milk macaroons, and American cherries.
