J.S.FOODIES, a food select shop run by Baycrew's, will be holding an early summer fair called "Growing Out 'GREEN'" at six stores across Japan from May 16th to July 2nd.

The fair will feature menu items that incorporate the "green" ingredients that form the concept of the fair: coriander, zucchini, and matcha. The lineup is perfect for the season of fresh greenery, featuring the "Coriander Coriander Burger" (1,280 yen), which is overflowing with coriander and accented with fish sauce, sweet chili sauce, and a touch of shishito pepper; the "Matcha Azuki Waffle" (730 yen), which has a dough made with Nishio matcha and honey, and is topped with rich matcha, Hokkaido red beans, maple butter cream, and matcha milk sauce, giving it a Japanese feel; the "Fried Zucchini" (680 yen), which has a crispy batter and a creamy texture; and the "Rich Matcha Milk" (R, 580 yen / L, 680 yen), which has an exquisite combination of sweet and sour cream cheese sauce and rich matcha milk.
