Vivienne Westwood teams up with LUSH to sell eco-friendly gift wrapping

On November 18th, Vivienne Westwood released "KNOT-WRAP designed by Vivienne Westwood," a limited-edition gift wrapping item in collaboration with British cosmetics brand LUSH.
The design, made from 100% organic cotton, features Vivienne Westwood's "The Face of War" (a face with black eyes and no smile), an icon symbolizing climate change and environmental degradation. Available in two colors: camel and light pink, it costs 2,400 yen. It will be sold at 891 LUSH stores in 51 countries and through LUSH's online store. Proceeds will be donated to Climate Revolution, an environmental protection organization founded by Vivienne Westwood, and to organizations working to address climate change.
KNOT-WRAP has been sold by LUSH since 2005. The design, inspired by furoshiki (traditional Japanese wrapping cloth), is also used as a fashion item, including scarves and accessories.
