Yohji Yamamoto launches world's first e-commerce sale on VAULT

Yohji Yamamoto's collection line will be sold online for the first time in the world on VAULT, the e-commerce site that Rakuten and Rakuten Group's Stylife grandly opened on November 29th. VAULT is a video commerce site that aims to convey the worldview and story of products through video. It launched in the United States in 2012. The Japanese version will feature 21 brands from the US VAULT lineup, including Yohji Yamamoto and nine other original Japanese brands, including ISAMU KATAYAMA BACKLASH and junhashimoto. Going forward, the site aims to offer a sophisticated brand selection, including discovering new brands in Japan and Asia and developing original products.
