New colors of the Starbucks Card "STARBUCKS TOUCH The Drip" (from 4,240 yen / base price 3,000 yen + tax, card deposit of 1,000 yen or more), a collaboration between Starbucks Coffee Japan and BEAMS, will go on sale from June 24th.
This item, which went on sale in January this year and sold out on the same day, is the first "STARBUCKS TOUCH" keychain to use the FaliCa chip, which enables contactless payments. The design is inspired by the "drops" extracted one by one when dripping coffee, and just as baristas put their heart and soul into each drop of coffee, the leather stitching is also finished by hand, stitch by stitch. This second edition will be available in five summer version colors, while keeping the keyword "fusion of digital and craft" intact.
Starbucks will be selling the product through a lottery on its online store, and on a first-come, first-served basis at its Ark Hills store, Gate City Osaki store, Ginza Marronnier Dori store, Marunouchi Building store, Roppongi Hills West Walk Lounge store, Meguro store, Ark Hills South Tower store, Iidabashi Sakura Terrace store, and Tokyo Midtown store. Beams will be holding a lottery on its official website, with winners being able to purchase the product at a Beams store.
