The special offer this time is "Homemade Ham Ham Cutlet Curry" (1,000 yen). This curry, filled with plenty of lean beef tendon, a popular Nikuyama dish, is topped with Glorious Chain Cafe's homemade ham cutlet. The ham used in the ham cutlet is made from pork loin marinated for three days, then coated in special breadcrumbs and deep-fried at high temperature until crispy.
