Wako Annex is located next to the Wako Main Building. From the basement to the second floor, you can enjoy a wide variety of high-quality food, unique to Wako. The basement is a gourmet salon offering a selection of flavors perfect for gifts, the first floor is a cake and chocolate shop offering fresh cakes and chocolates, and the second floor is a tea salon for adults offering desserts and light meals. One of the most popular menu items at the tea salon is the seasonal parfait. We've just introduced the "Espresso Parfait," a sophisticated blend of coffee and chocolate with the aroma of liquor! We'll also be introducing new autumn chocolates to enhance your cafe time at home.


This espresso parfait has a rich, liquor-infused flavor and a sophisticated taste. Beneath the fluffy milk foam is vanilla ice cream. Layers of cognac-infused cream, crispy chocolate, coffee jelly, and more. Pour a hot shot of espresso over it.

Our new Chocolat Frais, named after the French word for "popping," features "Peta Crispy" candy, which contains carbon dioxide, coated in chocolate with a rich coffee flavor. Allow it to slowly melt in your mouth as it delicately pops. This is a chocolate that adults will want to enjoy.
