Ahead of its launch in Japan next spring, GUESS will hold a model audition, the "GUESS GIRL MODEL SEARCH." The campaign website will launch on September 12th, with applications opening on the 24th. The audition will involve a document screening, public voting, and a judging process by the brand. The grand prize winner will be announced on December 16th. Eligible applicants are women aged 18 or older residing in Japan, regardless of whether they are self-nominated or nominated by others, or professional or amateur. Applications will be accepted from the 24th until October 20th. In addition to submitting audition applications, the campaign website also features information on the GUESS Girls who have popularized GUESS and a message from Ines Ligron, former national director of Miss Universe Japan, who will be participating in the campaign as a trainer. GUESS, a lifestyle brand representing the American West Coast, began as a jeans brand in 1981. Currently, the brand offers a total collection of women's, men's, and children's apparel, accessories, watches, perfumes, travel items, and more, with 1,690 stores in 88 countries around the world. This year, Guess Japan LLC was established.
