Jack Spade opens a street-level store in Kobe. T-shirts and DVDs are given away.

Mar 11, 2014

JACK SPADE will open its first Kansai street-level store in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, on March 21st (1st floor, Dai-ichi Life Building, 69 Kyomachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture). The interior, with books on the bookshelf, art displays such as paintings, and blackboards and pegboards, will resemble the atmosphere of the former New York Green Street store. To commemorate the opening, a limited number of original T-shirts will be given away to customers who spend over 10,000 yen. Additionally, this season's collection, "NOW FOR THEN," inspired by the lifestyle of New Yorkers who travel between the big city and the seaside towns on the outskirts of the city, features a film collaboration with Mikey Detemple, a professional surfer and filmmaker with a studio on Long Island. Starting at the end of the month, customers who spend over 5,000 yen at the JACK SPADE Jinnan store, Kobe store, or online store will receive a free short film DVD of this collaboration. The "BRIEFCASE FAIR" will also be held from the 14th to April 13th, where all briefcases can be purchased at 10% off.
