
From July 1st to September 30th, the Inner Beauty Bar at John Masters Organics TOKYO in Omotesando, Tokyo, will be offering three new varieties of "Organic Shave Ice" (850 yen) for a limited time only this summer.
"Organic Shave Ice" is made without any water and uses plenty of organic vegetables and fruits. It's a 100% organic, healthy treat that's packed with the natural flavors and rich nutrients of the ingredients, allowing you to easily consume fresh vitamins, enzymes, and more.
Of the three varieties being released this time, "Tropical Green" is made from a fresh, juicy Japanese cucumber, frozen whole, offering a texture unlike anything you've ever tasted before. Cucumbers have a strong diuretic effect, which not only helps reduce swelling, but also contains silica, which supports collagen formation and is essential for maintaining healthy skin and hair. This shaved ice is generously made with pineapple, rich in vitamins C and B, which are effective against sunburn and anti-aging, and topped with kiwifruit, creating a beautiful contrast of green and yellow.
Last year's most popular "Fresh Tomato" has also been revamped and is back. It's made by crushing domestic, pesticide-free tomatoes in a slow juicer and freezing them fresh to preserve the live enzymes and vitamins. It's packed with the nutrients equivalent of 1.5 tomatoes, including vitamin C, which has skin-beautifying properties and prevents summer colds, and beta-carotene, which promotes salt excretion and reduces swelling.
The "Acai Bowl" is a luxurious mix of acai, rich in antioxidant polyphenols, iron, dietary fiber, and calcium, and vitamin C-rich blueberries and strawberries. The addition of almond milk also provides vitamin E, resulting in a smooth and rich shaved ice. Other new products include organic yogurt made from 100% raw milk and lactic acid bacteria, and granola made from a luxurious blend of carefully selected ingredients, such as organic oats, ancient wheat, and sunflower seeds.
