New menu item: "Selfish Gateau Caramelise"

■Selfish Gateau Caramelise: 280 yen (excl. tax) *Limited to 30 pieces per day
A luxurious baked good made with Don't Be Jigochu's classic product, "Selfish Extreme." Made with domestic butter and honey, it's cooked "rare" so that the outside is crispy and the inside is moist. The aroma of honey and the bitterness of burnt caramel create an authentic taste! This is a new menu item that I'm very proud of. :

Seasonal Limited Menu "Selfish "Chestnut" Dandyism"

■Selfish "Chestnut" Dandyism: 1,380 yen (excl. tax) *Limited to 10 loaves per day
This bread is made with a special dough made from carefully selected fine-grained wheat flour, additive-free fresh cream, and domestic butter, and has a higher moisture content than regular sliced bread, resulting in a soft crust and a moist, fluffy texture. The chestnuts are made using high-quality chestnut paste from a long-established company in the Ardèche region of France that has been producing chestnut products for over a century. It has a deep, authentic chestnut flavor and is highly acclaimed around the world. The dough is accented with glossy, moist and soft marron glacé. "Selfish "Chestnut" Dandyism" takes just 5 hours from preparation to baking! Each and every step is done by hand, without relying on machines, so only 10 loaves are sold per day.

Luxury Bread Specialty Shop "Don't Be Selfish"

This is a luxury bread specialty shop that is made with an almost selfish attention to the ingredients, as reflected in its name.

・Wheat flour: Wheat flour made using a meticulous manufacturing process to create a fine texture that melts in the mouth.
・Domestic butter: Domestic butter that creates a fine texture that melts in the mouth, and gives it an elegant aroma and mellow flavor.
・Fresh cream: Fresh cream made from carefully selected milk, with no additives whatsoever.
・Coffee honey: Coffee honey that brings out a deep sweetness and mellow aroma

■The height of selfishness / 800 yen (excluding tax)
I don't mind being thought of as selfish! This is a fine-grained, melt-in-your-mouth sliced bread, made with the determination to only use ingredients that the owner himself is satisfied with, no matter what anyone says. It uses carefully selected flour, domestic butter, fresh cream, and honey from a long-established Kyoto company, which was discovered after a quest for sweetness and richness. Please enjoy this ultimate sliced bread, made by a selfish person using carefully selected ingredients.

■Selfish Ensemble / 980 yen (excluding tax) ※Limited to 20 loaves per day
Large, juicy Sun Muscat raisins are kneaded into this sweet and rich sliced bread. The rich, honey-like sweetness and slight acidity create a perfect ensemble with the melt-in-your-mouth dough. It's so delicious you'll want to tell someone about it the moment you try it.
