From September 8, 2020, J.S. PANCAKE CAFE, a pancake shop run by Flavor Works Co., Ltd., a member of the Bay Cruise Group, will be releasing four new desserts that bring together the refreshing flavor of Shine Muscat, the "Queen of Grapes."

J.S. PANCAKE CAFE is a pancake shop based on the concept of "pancakes all the time," offering a wide variety of menu items made with carefully selected ingredients and methods that can be enjoyed for a variety of occasions throughout the day. The main focus of this fair is the juicy Shine Muscat, which is currently in season. The main dish, "Shine Muscat and Crème d'Anjou Pancakes," is made by rolling up thin pancakes and topping them with a soft and creamy crème d'Anjou. It is accented with juicy, sweet golden kiwi and refreshing lemon sorbet, resulting in a moister and lighter texture than usual.

Other new creations to enjoy include "Shine Muscat Cheesecake," which combines Shine Muscat with cheesecake, which pairs perfectly with it, and the addition of Shine Muscat flavor to the popular cream soda.

The "queen of grapes," Shine Muscat, is combined with the gentle texture of creme d'Anjou, and is accented with juicy, sweet golden kiwi and refreshing lemon sorbet. The pancakes, which are matched with delicate ingredients, are moister and lighter than usual. This new release also includes a small size that is perfect for a quick snack.

Fresh Shine Muscat grapes are garnished on the cheesecake, which goes perfectly with it. The gentle acidity of the Crème d'Anjou adds depth to the flavor.
