
PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS is holding a fair called "Fetish Celeste," showcasing products made with strawberries, rhubarb, and passion fruit.
"Celeste" (840 yen for one serving, 3,990 yen for a whole cake) is a combination of strawberry and rhubarb compote, passion fruit mascarpone cream, and passion fruit meringue. "Tarte Celeste" (840 yen for one serving, 3,990 yen for a whole cake) also combines strawberry and rhubarb compote with passion fruit-flavored crème brûlée. Also on sale are "Mille-feuille Celeste" (840 yen for one serving, 3,990 yen for a whole cake), an adaptation of the traditional mille-feuille, "Gourmantise Celeste" (735 yen for a whole cake), an eclair made with choux pastry, and "Emotion Celeste" (735 yen), served in a glass and eaten with a spoon.
Popular items such as "Surprise," a biscuit made with almond chips and meringue, and macarons have also been arranged in the style of "Celeste," and are now available as "Surprise Celeste" (525 yen) and "Macaron Celeste" (294 yen). "Confiture Celeste" (2,310 yen) is perfect with toasted brioche or plain yogurt. "Pâte de Fruits Celeste" (1,575 yen), with two layers of flavor, has a gentle fruity taste.
