PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS will be releasing White Day products from March 1st.
Macarons, the most popular item for White Day every year, are packed in a new gift box, creating the "White Day Limited Edition Boxed Macaron Assortment" (3 pieces for 1,260 yen, 6 pieces for 2,310 yen, 10 pieces for 3,150 yen, 15 pieces for 5,250 yen). The playful macaron box, which is based on a cake box motif, was designed by Christian Biecher, who also designed the shopper.
Three heart-shaped cakes will also be released. The bright red "Coeur Ella" (2,940 yen) combines lemon and olive dough with lemon-flavored cream, and red fruit compote adds an accent to the texture. "Cour Infiniment Vanille" (2,940 yen) combines several types of vanilla, including those from Madagascar, to create a "homemade vanilla taste" that embodies Hermé's vanilla philosophy. "Cour Fraisier" (3,150 yen) is a fresh cake in which the fragrant aroma of pistachios and almonds brings out the perfect acidity of strawberries.
It will be on sale for a limited time from March 1st to 14th at Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama store and other directly managed boutiques.
