From July 1st to August 31st, all ELLE cafe locations will host a summer-only fair called "ELLE cafe LOVES PEACH," featuring peaches, also known as the "Queen of Fruits."
The cafe operates under the concept of "HEALTH & BEAUTY ~Become beautiful through food~." This time, four limited-time menu items will be available, featuring seasonal domestic white peaches, which are said to prevent and alleviate summer fatigue, aid digestion, and promote mineral absorption. They are also low in calories among fruits, and support intestinal function and beautiful skin.
The wildly popular vegan dessert "Smoothie Bonbon," which sometimes sees lines of one to two hours, has been transformed into the "PEACH BONBON" (1,800 yen), topped with healthy soy milk whipped cream and homemade peach marinade. Other items on the lineup include "PEACH&COCONUT" (980 yen), which combines rooibos tea-based "kombucha" with peach and coconut, "PEACH&COCO" (1,180 yen), a peach-flavored "cold-pressed juice" that is expected to have a cleansing effect on the intestines, and "PEACH MELBA" (1,080 yen), which is low-sugar, plant-based coconut yogurt "Coyo" topped with vanilla-flavored homemade peach marinade and sweet and sour raspberries.
