Sakimoto, the high-end bread specialty shop that has long lines, has collaborated with Yakiniku Kitan to introduce three new luxurious sandwiches made with Wagyu beef. These will be available at the Bakery Cafe and Yakiniku Kitan in Namba, Osaka, from August 8th to September 13th. 

Yakiniku Kitan is a yakiniku restaurant that opened in Minamisenba on June 3rd, 2019, specializing in aged Wagyu beef and featuring all private rooms.
The restaurant serves safe, richly flavored aged beef in a sterile aging chamber using far-infrared rays.
We are particular about the origin, cooking method, and aging method of the Wagyu beef, so you can enjoy it in the best condition.
This time, Sakimoto and Yakiniku Kijita have teamed up to offer three types of sandwiches using Wagyu beef.
Yakiniku Kijita has carefully selected Wagyu beef that matches the flavor of Sakimoto's bread, and has sandwiched them in bread with a delicate texture. Each one is a luxurious masterpiece that allows you to fully enjoy the juicy and flavorful deliciousness of Wagyu beef.

Extremely tender and flavorful lean meat from Miyazaki Kirishima Wagyu beef is deep-fried until crispy, then sandwiched between Sakimoto's exquisite "natural" sliced bread. The meat is also carefully aged in Yakiniku Kijita's aging room, allowing the flavor to concentrate.
