The New York-based steakhouse "Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener" has opened its third location in Japan (and its 12th worldwide) on the 10th floor of Osaka's new commercial complex, Lucua.
The restaurant has a total of 114 seats, including 82 in the dining room, 20 in private rooms, and 12 at the bar. Wolfgang's Steak uses "Prime Grade" beef, the highest quality grade rated by the USDA and accounting for only about 3% of all American beef. The meat is purchased chilled, not frozen, and dry-aged for 28 days in a dedicated aging room inside the restaurant.
In addition to the signature "Prime Steak," the restaurant also offers a wide variety of side dishes, including ribeye steak, New York sirloin, lamb chops, lobster, salmon, and German potatoes.
The Lucua location's exterior features black walls and a burgundy tent. The interior is generally unified with a stately, classic image, and a glass-enclosed walk-in wine cellar is installed, providing visual enjoyment.
