Valextra to hold limited-time event at Isetan, pre-launch of Japan's first capsule collection

Apr 1, 2015

Italian luxury leather brand VALEXTRA will open a pop-up shop in the handbag promotion space on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building from April 8th to 14th. The space will feature the brand's 2015 Spring/Summer collection, based on the concept of asymmetry, a symbol of the "New Classic" aesthetic. Iconic models that combine simple beauty and functionality are available in a wide range of colors. A highlight will be the early release of a capsule collection in collaboration with Italian artist Martino Gamper, making its first appearance in Japan. Classic pieces are treated as blank canvases in his studio, creating perspective with leather collages that create a 3D effect. Additionally, purchases of small leather goods during the period will receive free initial engraving. Customers who purchase bags over ¥216,000 will also receive a special gift.
