Able held a press briefing on August 1st, welcoming model Maki Nishiyama and comedian Kintaro, to celebrate the opening of Maison Able, the real estate industry's first women-only rental agency, on August 4th. The store, based on the theme of "Achieving the 'me you want to be' through apartment hunting," offers apartment hunting services tailored to women's lifestyles. It is part of the "TGRoom (short for TOKYO GIRLS ROOM) Project," which Able has been collaborating with Tokyo Girls Collection since March of this year. Targeting the F1 demographic, the store employs female-only concierges and provides property information by category, including "fashion" and "beauty." The interior, inspired by a Parisian apartment, includes a coffee café and powder room, creating a comfortable atmosphere even for casual visitors. Digital signage on the walls allows users to freely browse property information. The store will also feature an event space that can be used for promotions and classes, and plans to hold collaborative events with Nestle and Le Creuset. After a greeting from Able President Yasutaka Yanase and an explanation of the MASION ABLE concept and overview, Maki Nishiyama and Kintaro appeared. Nishiyama emphasized, "I can talk about real concerns about living at home, like where the toilet is (with female staff) without hesitation. Women understand my feelings." She also mentioned that she had never lived alone since moving to Tokyo, saying, "I lived with my brothers, so I know how messy it gets when you live with a man. I have to clean the toilet myself...because it flies away (laughs). I have to flip the toilet seat and have someone check it for me." Her realistic comments about life drew laughter from the press. Kintaro seemed to be enamoured with the store's interior, saying, "The powder room here is like a princess's, and it's so comfortable I feel like I'd come up with a good story if I stayed here all the time. I want to live here." "If it's a male staff member, I'm scared of what to do if they invite me out, but if it's a female staff member, I feel safe," she said. Regarding her private life, she said, "I got a dog because I was so lonely. But I have too many things and my room is small, so I feel sorry for it and have left it with someone else," and commented, "I want to move to a bigger space where I can dance (vigorously). When I lift my feet in the room, things fall down with a bang." At the end, Nishiyama got caught up in it, and the two of them struck the pose of Kintaro's "Flying Get" gag, and concluded with, "Ladies and gentlemen, let's fly get a great room in this great space."
