New shops opening one after another that fashionistas will love - August vol.1

Here's our usual weekend outing info! Shibuya is home to a slate of select shops that fashion addicts will love. We'll also be introducing some noteworthy new shops that opened this week, including a sports cafe run by a fashion brand!

■Two Vintage Select Shops Open Simultaneously
Location: 1-5-11 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Seven by Seven (7x7), a men's shop stocking vintage clothing and accessories primarily sourced in San Francisco by director Junya Kawakami, has opened a new store on the second floor of the store, LAILA VINTAGE, a vintage shop in Omotesando run by director Hashiura. The interior of LAILA, designed by artist Koichiro Kimura, who continues to create avant-garde designs, is also a must-see!

■Julien David's First Street-Faced Store Opens in Shibuya
Location: 2-7-15 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Julien David is based in Tokyo and presents his collections in Paris. The flagship store opened before the Paris store and also includes an atelier. Its simple warehouse-like exterior and graffiti-adorned doors are eye-catching. The interior changes each season to match the collection theme.

■Select shop with Mihara Yasuhiro as buyer opens on August 3rd
Location: 1F Gate Square, 5-2-14 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Select shop "idea by sosu" has been renovated with Mihara Yasuhiro as buyer. The store offers a wide selection of products, from fashion to beauty, including brands such as "Alaia," "Black Denim," and "Kris Van Assche," to jewelry brand "Bernardo Deletre," hat brand "Maison Michel," and organic cosmetics brand "Shigeta"!

■ A favorite disciple of French three-star chef Pierre Gagnaire opens a high-end French restaurant
Address: Luce Minami-Aoyama 2F, 5-5-4 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Chef Irie Makoto, a favorite disciple of Pierre Gagnaire, has opened his first high-end French restaurant in Minami-Aoyama, Omotesando. Chef Irie has trained at numerous renowned restaurants, and his long-awaited opening is filled with the esprit he has cultivated over 20 years: Restaurant Irie Le Joyeux. There are 38 seats, including one private room, and the menu consists solely of set courses (lunch from 4,200 yen, dinner from 12,600 yen, plus a 10% dinner service charge). This new restaurant is attracting attention from both inside and outside the industry!

■Lazy Susan's new cafe concept opens inside Isetan Sports Gate
Location: Isetan Park City 5, 3-14-20 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
The cafe is called "Treats & Co.". Based on the concept of a cafe that "treats" your body and mind, you can enjoy simple, hearty, and vegetarian dishes with balanced nutrition in mind. In the future, we plan to hold collaborative menus and events with athletes, medical doctors, and yoga instructors. We also sell original cookies, jams, and other ingredients.
