To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Japanese confectionery shop HIGASHIYA, which has launched a special edition "Hitotsu-Kachi" series featuring creators active in various fields, is releasing a second series of wagashi in collaboration with fashion brand mina perhonen. Titled "Sweets Like Flowers Blooming in the Field," these bite-sized nerikiri confections feature three types of bean paste—pink, green, and orange—layered to form a flower. The packaging features an embossed silhouette and is tied with a yellow string. The confections will be available for a limited time from September 3rd to October 6th, priced at ¥2,100 for a box of six. They will be available at HIGASHIYA GINZA (2nd floor, Pola Ginza Building, 1-7-7 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), HIGASHIYA man (3-17-14 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo), and the HIGASHIYA online shop.
