Ahead of the launch of Reebok Yoga, part of the brand's Fall/Winter 2013 collection, international yoga instructor Tara Stiles, who served as design supervisor, visited Japan for the first time.

On August 2nd, a yoga session titled "Reebok x Tara Stiles New Style Yoga & Wear Experience Event" was held at Reebok headquarters. Model SHIHO, who balances work and child-rearing, also appeared at the event. She participated in a talk show and yoga experience session wearing the orange Reebok Yoga Body Mind Burnout T-shirt, Bra Top Stripe Long Bra Top, and Hop Kick Capri, all designed by Tara. During the photo session, she demonstrated graceful yoga poses alongside Tara Stiles. When asked about her impressions of Tara's yoga during the talk show, SHIHO said, "I really relate to Tara's free-spirited thinking and philosophy about yoga, as well as her healthy approach to a happy lifestyle. I personally prefer to practice yoga in silence, but Tara invites a DJ to play lively music, which I think is a very innovative and unique approach." During the yoga session following the talk show, Tara, with a constant smile, encouraged participants to "focus on 'just having fun,' not on whether you're performing the poses beautifully. It's important to do what feels comfortable to you." Participants who completed the experience shared their impressions, saying, "It was the most enjoyable yoga exercise I've ever experienced," "It was refreshing to practice yoga with lively music," and "It was just so much fun and uplifting."

Finally, Tara shared the message: "I come from a small farming town in Illinois, and if I took one step, I could still be a girl driving a tractor, but as long as you're happy and confident in who you are, anything is possible in life. Just remember to be yourself. I hope to help you expand your own mind through yoga."
