To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Store, a pop-up store for MARC JACOBS and Viktor & Rolf will be open on the third floor until September 30th. Marc Jacobs is also hosting an installation featuring works by Brooklyn-based graphic artist BAST, with whom the brand has collaborated for five seasons, next to the store until September 9th. T-shirts and knitwear featuring BAST's works, such as "CROSS MY HEART" and "WOOFIE," will also be available. This fall/winter collection also features a style that combines the rock style of the legendary 1970s rock band, the New York Dolls, with elements of the Teds culture and Savile Row tailors that were born from London youth in the 1950s. The classic cashmere silk parka (priced at ¥350,000) is available in this season's main colors, navy and orange. According to the brand, popular items include knitwear with small holes resembling those eaten by insects, and tennis-style sneakers with leather toes. The store also sells Marc Jacobs apparel on the second floor and shoes on the basement floor. This is Viktor & Rolf's first store in the Isetan Men's Building. The store is lined with gray cotton jackets and shirts, as well as items with a subdued atmosphere. The store also carries a wide variety of T-shirts and knitwear with a "Flying Man" motif, a collaboration with Dutch illustrator Piet Parra, and the designer's favorite eyewear collection.
