For three days from the 21st to the 23rd of next month, UNIQLO will take over the Omotesando area with the "UNIQLO FASHION FES," a collaboration project with 10 women's magazines.
The event concept is "For the beauty of all women." The collaboration was made possible by the support of each magazine under UNIQLO's new theme, "LifeWear." Takarajimasha's "Sweet" and "InRed," Kobunsha's "VERY" and "STORY," Kodansha's "with" and "ViVi," Shogakukan's "AneCan" and "Oggi," and Shueisha's "nonno" and "BAILA" are scheduled to participate. Models and stylists, including Non-no's Omasa Aya, Very's Takizawa Makiko, and Story's Maeda Noriko, appeared on the atrium staircase of the main building of Omotesando Hills, where they participated in a fashion show and talk show. Four magazines—Sweet, Very, Story, and Vira—will each open a shop featuring a selection of UNIQLO's fall/winter collections in Space O on the third basement floor of Omotesando Hills. The latest fall/winter looks from each magazine will be on sale, along with collaborative items developed jointly. The cafe lounge "Montoak," located across from Omotesando Hills, will also be transformed into the "UNIQLO Lounge," with its facade wrapped in the logos of UNIQLO and 10 women's magazines. The latest UNIQLO collections and events held on the Omotesando Hills grand staircase will also be screened. Tokyo Apartment Cafe will also be collaborating with "In Red." A stall in collaboration with a popular women's magazine will be set up in front of Yachiyo Bank, selling original sweets.
