A collaboration project between Gucci, Namie Amuro, and Vogue Japan was announced in the October issue of Vogue Japan, released today. Namie Amuro appears in the magazine wearing Gucci's 2013-2014 Women's Autumn/Winter Collection. Special videos featuring the project's photoshoot will be released on the three companies' official websites. Furthermore, at Vogue Japan's "FASHION'S NIGHT OUT 2013" shopping event, which will be held on September 7th, a "Namie Amuro mannequin" will be unveiled for the first time at Gucci Aoyama, one of the participating shops. The mannequin was created using a 3D scan of Namie Amuro, creating a life-size replica of her. The event will also feature a never-before-seen special feature.
