Tiffany's ties to Japan date back to its founding in 1837, when Charles Lewis Tiffany offered his customers select Japanese imports, rare in the U.S. market. Many of the brand's signature designers, including Edward C. Moore, Louis Comfort Tiffany and Elsa Peretti, were influenced by Japanese art. This exhibition, a celebration of respect and creativity, explores Tiffany's appreciation of Japan from various angles.

The "Tiffany Wonder" exhibition tells Tiffany's incredible story at TOKYO NODE, an information hub located in Toranomon Hills Station Tower, one of Tokyo's tallest buildings. The stunning setting, created by OMA, reflects the intersection between Tiffany & Co.'s New York store and Tokyo. The renowned architectural firm, OMA, played an integral role in the reimagining of the house's New York flagship store, The Landmark, on Fifth Avenue, and also created the venue for the "Tiffany Wonder" exhibition.

"Tiffany Wonder" is comprised of 10 rooms that invite visitors to explore themes of creativity and craftsmanship that are central to the brand's heritage and foundation. Throughout the various rooms, visitors will discover extraordinary pieces that tell the story of Tiffany's nearly 200 years of achievement, including the first U.S. mail-order catalog known as the "Blue Book," early "Blue Boxes" and the iconic Tiffany® Setting engagement ring. Visitors will enjoy an unparalleled immersive experience through nearly 300 never-before-seen pieces, including a rare orchid brooch by George Paulding Farnham studded with enamel, emeralds, diamonds and pink sapphires, and Jean Schlumberger's Plume necklace set with diamonds, rubies and sapphires. The final room of the "Tiffany Wonder" exhibition will feature the 128.54 carat Tiffany Diamond, a redesign inspired by Jean Schlumberger's signature Bird on a Rock brooch. "Wonder has been an integral part of Tiffany's DNA since 1837," said Alexandre Arnault, Executive Vice President, Communications and Industrial Products, Tiffany & Co. "From the very beginning, every design we conceive and every creation we create has been rooted in our mission to inspire wonder and inspire the world's greatest love stories. Our latest exhibition celebrates this spirit in a city so important to our brand: Tokyo."
