Kakigori Parlor Froche, a Western-style shaved ice specialty shop, will open as a limited-time shop from June 23rd to August 31st, 2020 (※1) in The PARK SHINJUKU, the food area on the 8th floor of Lumine Est Shinjuku.
About Kakigori Parlor Froche
The shop is located within PARK BAZAAR, a food hall that brings together four unique shops. This Western-style shaved ice shop is inspired by the traditional Japanese coffee shops of the 1970s and 1980s. You'll be enchanted by the luxurious taste of "cake-like shaved ice made by a pastry chef" and its sophisticated appearance that will tickle the hearts of young ladies. This evolved hybrid of cake and shaved ice, decorated with plenty of cream, is presented in a way that will make your heart flutter with cuteness.
The shop's name, "Floche," comes from the French word "Floche," meaning fluffy. The soft, fluffy shaved ice melts in your mouth and is made with a slightly sweet condensed milk syrup. Paying homage to cakes that are loved by all, we have three types of shaved ice available this time: shortcake, tiramisu, and Japone. Be sure to try this special lineup that can only be enjoyed this summer.

The classic strawberry flavored shaved ice has been given a shortcake flavor. Hidden beneath the whipped cream is strawberry sauce with pulp... A nostalgic yet new shaved ice that will have you hooked once you try it.
◎ Tiramisu 830 yen (excluding tax)
Shaved ice like tiramisu cake, coated in cocoa powder and topped with slightly sour mascarp whipped cream. The slightly bitter espresso sauce gives it a slightly more grown-up flavour. Crumble the cocoa cookies to enjoy the different textures.
◎ Japone 880 yen (excluding tax)
This shaved ice is irresistible for matcha lovers, as the aroma of matcha fills your mouth. The sweet and crunchy texture of the feuillantine adds an accent. Drizzle with a topping sauce made with Uji matcha and enjoy the luxurious flavor to the fullest.
