We offer cakes lavishly decorated with carefully selected seasonal fruits from production areas and farms all over Japan. We use juicy fresh fruit cut in-store that day, and the cream has a reduced amount of sugar to bring out the natural sweetness and flavor of the fruit. We create artistic cakes that allow you to experience Japan's four seasons and festivals, along with seasonal fruits.
