The chestnut cream is made with domestic butter to create a rich cream that brings out the flavor of chestnuts. When eaten together with Kaila's signature fluffy pancakes layered underneath the chestnut cream, the range of deliciousness is further expanded.

"Cafe Kaila" is a Hawaiian restaurant that has won the gold award at the Hale Aina Awards, a prestigious gourmet contest in Hawaii, for four consecutive years. Ms. Kaila, who was originally an elementary school teacher, opened the restaurant so that customers could enjoy fresh and healthy food at any time, and since opening it has continued to be loved by locals and tourists from all over the world.
