Mon cher, known for its Dojima Roll, is offering the "Dassai & Dojima Cream Chocolat" and "Dassai & Dojima Cheesecake," made with Asahi Shuzo's famous sake "Dassai 23," as Father's Day gifts from June 1st to 21st.

"Dassai & Dojima Cream Chocolat" combines Dassai with a "cream completely custom-made for Dojima Roll," and is wrapped in a ganache containing Dassai. The umami of the raw milk and the aroma of Dassai are enhanced from the cocoa powder, creating a treat for adults whose flavor changes the more you chew it.

"Dassai Sake Lees Cheesecake" is a rich, adult cheesecake made by kneading in sake lees, which are produced during the production process of "Dassai 23," and slowly baking it in the oven. It is a moist dish that makes the most of the aroma of Dassai and the flavor of rice koji.
