Hotel Gajoen Tokyo, a museum hotel of Japanese beauty, is selling Otonaka's "Rich Shave Ice" in limited quantities until September 30, 2020, at its New American Grill "KANADE TERRACE," popular for its grilled dishes cooked in an oven in the open kitchen and afternoon tea. This year, in addition to the classic melon, they are introducing a new flavor, "Pine Asia," featuring an oriental atmosphere with pineapple, mango, and tapioca. Enjoy a refreshing moment inside the restaurant while looking out at the garden waterfall.

Rich Shave Ice Pine Asia 2,000 yen (excluding tax and service charge)
Rich Shave Ice Pine Asia Glass Champagne Set 2,800 yen (excluding tax and service charge)
"Rich Shave Ice" features an oriental atmosphere. "Pine Asia" uses pineapple, a popular tropical fruit said to have skin-beautifying and fatigue-relieving effects, and mango, which has an especially excellent fragrance. The fruit pulp has just the right amount of sweet and sour, and is topped with milk-flavored shave ice that melts in your mouth as gently and creamy as light snow, and accented with tapioca, all served in a pineapple container. We also offer a glass of champagne set for more sophisticated enjoyment.

Rich Shave Ice Melon 2,400 yen (tax and service charge not included)
Rich Shave Ice Melon Glass Champagne Set 3,200 yen (tax and service charge not included)
"Rich Shave Ice Melon," which has been well received and is sold every year at Cafe & Bar "Yui-an," is now available at "KANADE TERRACE." This drink uses a generous amount of melon, known as the king of summer fruits, and features the refreshing and elegantly sweet melon flesh paired perfectly with milk-flavored shaved ice, served in a melon bowl and topped with a red-fleshed melon espuma that melts gently in your mouth.
