High-quality bread specialty store Sakimoto will release "Butter Fragrant Bean Bread" for a limited time of only four days

Sakimoto, a premium bread shop that has long queues, will be selling its "Butter-Scented Bean Paste Bread" for four days only, from June 18th to June 21st.

Sakimoto is releasing its "Bean Paste Bread," packed with its own unique touch, just in time for Father's Day.


The "Butter-Scented Bean Paste Bread" is baked using a dough made from the finest North American wheat and domestic butter, mixed with a bean paste blend of Hokkaido azuki beans and Dainagon azuki beans. Approximately 26% of one loaf is made from bean paste.

Using the Yudane method, the bread dough is finished with a chewy and moist texture, and by reducing the sugar content of the dough, the bread has a light, crisp texture like French bread and the rich aroma of butter stands out. This "Butter-Fragrant Bean Paste Bread," perfect for a Father's Day breakfast or brunch, will be on sale for four days only, starting June 18th. Available at nine stores: Sapporo Minami 13-jo, Tokyo Denenchofu, Odakyu Hulk Shinjuku, Osaka Hatsugo Main Store, Kobe Okamoto, Fukuoka Fujisaki, Kumamoto Hikari no Mori, Bakery Cafe Miyazaki, and Kagoshima Kinbu. Purchases can be made in-store or by advance reservation. In-store same-day purchases will be available in limited quantities from 12 noon each day at each store. Purchases are limited to two loaves per person. Reservations will be accepted from 11am on June 11th at each store, by phone, or via the official Sakimoto app. Reservations will close once the store's reservation limit has been reached. Please note that advance purchases are limited to two loaves per person.
