Fashion Headline and media research company IID announced the results of the "Fashion Headline Awards 2015 Cosmetic Brands produced by iid," a joint cosmetics brand customer satisfaction award conducted by the two companies, on June 23rd. This year's cosmetics brand satisfaction survey asked women who "purchase cosmetics (basic skincare, makeup, etc.) face-to-face at department stores, rather than drugstores or convenience stores, which brand's customer service do they prefer?" Awards were given in three categories: "Overall Satisfaction (a comprehensive evaluation of product selection, clarity of display, etc.)," "Customer Service Satisfaction," and "Salesperson Costumes I Want to Wear." Shu Uemura won the top prize in both "Overall Cosmetic Brand Satisfaction" and "Service and Customer Service Satisfaction."
