Shu Uemura has announced the "Shu Uemura Vision of Beauty Collection" Vol. 02 "Haute Street," which will be released on August 1st. This colorful collection, reminiscent of urban street art, was born from a collaboration between Shu Uemura International Artistic Director Uchiide and artist Enrico Isamu Oyama.
Three eye makeup items will be released. The six-color eyeshadow palette "Haute Street," which allows for free-flowing, street-inspired makeup, will be released in two limited-edition colors (¥6,500 each). The popular "Drawing Pencil" will also feature two new colors (¥2,400 each) that combine elegance with the power of street fashion. Finally, the "Eye Color Pencil," a neon-colored double-ended eye color pencil that can be used as both eyeliner and eyeshadow, will be released in two limited-edition colors (¥2,500 each). Two lip and cheek items have been announced. The "Tint in Gelato" lip and cheek color, which is as fresh and creamy as gelato, will be available in four limited-edition colors (2,800 yen each) in special packaging reminiscent of paint tubes. Additionally, four limited-edition colors (3,000 yen each) will be released from Shu Uemura's signature lipstick "Rouge Unlimited" line. Enrico Isamu Oyama is an artist from Tokyo. He has an Italian father and a Japanese mother, and currently lives and works in New York. The artwork for this collection was newly created, featuring Oyama's signature "Quick Turn Structure" motif with the letters "S," "H," and "U" hidden within. This artwork was printed on the packaging of both "Haute Street" and "Tint in Gelato."
