A take-out shaved ice specialty store, "Ocha to Sake Tasuki Shinpuhkan," will open on June 11th as the second branch of the cafe "Ocha to Sake Tasuki," which is located inside PASS THE BATON KYOTO GION.


Based on Pass the Baton's concept of "valuing what already exists and creating new value," Ocha to Sake Tasuki offers classic "shaved ice" made with seasonal Kyoto ingredients.

In addition to the classic matcha syrup and roasted green tea syrup, "Ocha to Sake Tasuki ShinPuhkan" offers a wide variety of shaved ice, from shaved ice that evokes the changing seasons of Kyoto to adult shaved ice that can be enjoyed with alcohol.
The second ShinPuhkan store will offer takeout shaved ice that was previously only available at the Kyoto Gion store. In addition, ShinPuhkan will also offer exclusive shaved ice, including "sake shaved ice," which is a cocktail base with a tasuki essence added. Other shaved ice options available include tea cocktails and Kyoto craft beers.

A nostalgic taste. Based on cassis liqueur and orange syrup, it is unified with mellow yogurt whipped cream and tangy red currant sauce.
"Sake Shaved Ice with Sencha Gin and Lime - Green Sansho Pepper Style" (1,020 yen), exclusive to Tea and Sake Tasuki ShinPuhkan
The aroma of gin, lime, and sencha goes perfectly with the fluffy shaved ice, and the green sansho pepper sprinkled on top adds a lasting flavor.
This is an adult shaved ice that is also recommended for those who don't like sweet things.
