Wolfgang's Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener (hereinafter "Wolfgang's Steakhouse"), a steakhouse originating from New York, has five locations in Japan (Roppongi, Marunouchi, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Signature Aoyama) that are committed to providing "even more luxury" and "even higher quality," and are launching a takeout service for a variety of "BENTO BOX" (lunch box lunches) (starting from 5,500 yen excluding tax), allowing customers to enjoy the extraordinary flavors and worldview of a high-end steakhouse in the comfort of their own home or office.
This time, we've newly added four types of "BENTO BOX" (sirloin, filet, salmon, and tuna) to our takeout-only menu. Each is made with premium ingredients served in our restaurants. All of the beef used in our steaks is "Prime Grade" American beef, which Wolfgang's Steakhouse proudly recommends. Choose from two cuts: sirloin or filet. The sirloin is dry-aged for a long period in our dedicated in-house aging room, resulting in a mellow aroma and a pleasant texture. The filet has a fresh aroma and is tender thanks to the fine texture of the meat. In addition, our salmon and tuna are made using chilled ingredients and cooked to the perfection that only a steakhouse can achieve.
Even outside the restaurant, you can enjoy a fulfilling dining experience with the Wolfgang's Experience, which offers a slightly luxurious and extraordinary feeling.

GRILLED TUNA BENTO BOX◆ Wolfgang's Steakhouse's exquisite steaks, with an emphasis on "quality, aging, and grilling"
Wolfgang's Steakhouse uses only rare beef that has been graded "Prime Grade," the highest quality, by the United States Department of Agriculture. The meat is purchased chilled, not frozen, and dry-aged for 28 days in a dedicated in-store aging room under constant temperature and humidity control. The red meat, which has been dry-aged for a long period to enhance its flavor and tenderness, is then cut into thick slices and grilled in a 900°C oven, plate by plate, and served straight to the customer's table.
