TWO Co., Ltd., a provider of total healthcare solutions, will open "TRUST FOOD by TWO," a select food shop proposing ethical eating habits, at ISETAN SALONE (in Tokyo Midtown) on June 1, 2020. Ahead of the opening, a limited-time pop-up shop was held at the same location in January 2020. Due to popular demand, this will be the first time the shop has opened as a permanent store.

The newly opened store, "TRUST FOOD by TWO," offers a selection of popular products packed with the finest attention to detail, including flavor, manufacturing method, and production background. The product lineup includes approximately 100 items across six categories: "Drinks," "Condiments," "Honey & Jam," "Nuts & Dried Fruits," "Processed Foods," and "Sweets." We offer a selection of carefully selected products perfect for enjoying at home or as gifts.
With this store opening as a starting point, we will work with consumers and producers in various ways, including in-store and online information sharing and interactive events.

This miso potage soup is an exquisite blend of the umami of miso, a fermented food, and carefully selected domestic vegetables. No artificial seasonings are used.

Akune City, Kagoshima Prefecture, is home to many long-established dried fish shops. Round herrings caught in this port town between 4am and 6am have no food left in their stomachs, making them easy to eat dried with little bitterness. These traditional whole dried fish are then pickled in Western-style oil.
