Inspired by the freshness of early summer, the new chocolate gem "Darjeeling Lemon" is made with Darjeeling blend tea, one of the most popular teas on the tea menu at Bvlgari Il Café, coated in milk chocolate with fresh lemon ganache. The salt flakes on top add an exquisite accent. The combination of the fresh flavor of lemon, the warmth of Darjeeling tea, and the crispness of salt creates a balanced and intriguing aroma that alternates between warmth and freshness, making this a unique gem.
The new chocolate gem, "Darjeeling Lemon," will be available from May 15, 2020, at the Bvlgari Il Cioccolato online shop, as well as at Bvlgari Il Cioccolato (Bvlgari Ginza Tower, 10th floor), Bvlgari Il Café (Hankyu Umeda Main Store, 5th floor), Matsuya Ginza, and Osaka Takashimaya.
