The Dior Fall/Winter 2023-2024 Haute Couture Collection show took place in Paris on July 3rd at 3 PM (local time). On the runway, models walked sacred steps, as if following in the footsteps of goddesses who have guided the world from past to present, and the creations were imbued with excellence.

The bustier, with its goddess-like silhouette, was made with ribbons hand-woven one by one and then sewn with pearls. This bustier was handcrafted by skilled artisans at the textile specialist atelier PALOMA and the Chanakya workshop in India.

Inspired by archives discovered at the Chanakya workshop in India, the delicate lace was created using the guipure technique, which has been passed down in France for a long time. This technique requires extremely precise craftsmanship, as metal thread is wrapped around thin thread and then shaped.
