The Baumkuchen brand "Nenrin-ya" has released its annual seasonal limited edition "Mount Baum Matcha"! It's currently on sale at the official online store.


"Mount Baum Matcha" is a Baumkuchen made by kneading mellow Uji matcha into Nenrin-ya's most popular signature product, "Mount Baum," and baking it slowly over a long period of time. It's packed with the delicious flavor of Uji matcha from "Marukyu Koyamaen," a company with a history dating back to the Genroku period (1603-1868). The rich tea aroma spreads as you put it in your mouth, and you can enjoy its mellow flavor that slowly seeps into your mouth.
