The Oak Door, a steakhouse at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, is offering a new menu item for its signature hamburger from April 1st to May 31st.
The Oak Door Burger is the restaurant's signature dish, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The secret lies in its wood-fired oak oven, where the patty is quickly cooked at a high temperature of approximately 400 degrees, creating a smoky aroma and unique texture. During this period, in addition to the standard small (1,650 yen) and regular (2,200 yen) burgers, a 20cm diameter giant (8,600 yen) will be available. Additionally, a slider (1,900 yen) featuring four 6cm diameter burgers will be available, complete with plenty of fries and ketchup, for a hearty meal.
In addition, a new burger menu item, the "Gourmet Hamburger," featuring ingredients from around the world, will be available. The "Mexican Burger" (1,900 yen), featuring a crispy tortilla, jalapeños, and salsa, is as colorful as it is delicious. The "Patty Melt" (1,900 yen) is one of America's most iconic sandwiches, with a generous amount of Gülüyer cheese melting in your mouth along with the sautéed mushrooms and patty. The lineup also includes the "Lamb Burger" (2,200 yen), featuring a 100% lamb patty paired with a Mediterranean garlicky tzatziki sauce, and the "Deluxe Wagyu Burger" (3,200 yen), which enhances the patty's flavor with a sweet fruit mostarda sauce. Enjoy the flavors of Mexico, the Mediterranean, America, and Japan with these generously sized patties. Three new fries are also being introduced. The "Sweet Potato Fries with Curry Ketchup" (1,400 yen) is a healthy dish popular in the West. The "Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dressing" (1,200 yen) is topped with roasted bacon and cheddar cheese, and is flavored with a refreshing sour cream base. The "Old Bay Fries with Crab Aioli" (1,200 yen) features the unique flavor of the aioli sauce that is usually served with crab, which pairs well with fries.
