Starting December 6th, the luxury hotel Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi is offering a weekend and holiday-only buffet called "Grand Weekend Brunch" (8,800 yen).
This menu adds free flow to the "Weekend Champagne Brunch" (6,200 yen) buffet offered by the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, "The French Kitchen." Guests can enjoy as much as they like from a menu of 16 drinks, including Louis Roederer champagne, wine, cocktails, and spirits.
A popular item at the French Kitchen buffet is the meat dishes served at the "carving station." The chef will carve the meat right in front of you, grilling it fresh. The "hot station" in the dining area also offers a selection of more than five main dishes, such as casseroles and stews, and seasonal bistro cuisine can be enjoyed alongside the salad and cheese stations. The dessert station, where the pastry team, which has produced pastry chefs who have won and received awards at international confectionery competitions, shows off their skills, is an essential pleasure when enjoying the buffet at this restaurant.
