
Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be offering Halloween-only menus at its restaurants and other locations starting September 1st. The cafe and shop, Fiorentina Pastry Boutique, will offer limited-time sweets created by a pastry team with international pastry championship experience. The new "Pumpkin Mont Blanc" (570 yen) uses the naturally sweet "Kuririn" organic pumpkin, a pumpkin with a high sugar content, and is characterized by its natural sweetness. The hazelnut meringue base is combined with fresh cream and pumpkin filling, and is topped with pumpkin cream and pumpkin seeds. The ever-popular "Zucca Pudding" (880 yen) is characterized by its rich, creamy pumpkin texture. Both items will be available for a limited time from mid-September to mid-November. Meanwhile, popular bat- and ghost-shaped "Halloween Cookies" (650 yen each) and pumpkin-shaped chocolate "Jack-o'-Lanterns" (starting at 3,500 yen) are also available as gifts for children. It will only be available from October 1st to October 31st.
All-day dining restaurant "French Kitchen" will offer a "Halloween Brunch Buffet" (6,200 yen) for two days only, on October 25th and 26th. The Halloween-themed buffet counter features a lineup of pumpkin-themed dishes, including pumpkin gratin, soup, and desserts. Couples, married couples, and families can enjoy a Halloween-themed brunch scene. Children who visit will also receive candy and chocolate as gifts. In addition, five customers will be selected by lottery to receive a meal voucher (lunch) to be used at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo restaurant.
Bar "Maduro" will offer a playful Halloween-themed "Pumpkin Apple Dolce" (1,900 yen) for a limited time from September 1st to October 31st. A blend of pumpkin puree, fresh apples, apple juice, Calvados, and caramel syrup creates a dessert-like cocktail made with pumpkin and apples.
