Fraise Ladurée Blanche features vanilla mousse cream, strawberry confit, strawberry, and coconut-flavored dacquoise biscuit, enveloped in white chocolate shaped like a strawberry. Available exclusively at the Ginza store from April 1st to 30th.

Ladurée's first roll cake, "Roll Cake Rose et Fraise," debuted with the opening of the Shibuya Shoto store in December 2019. This latest creation is inspired by "Ispahan," one of the classic patisseries that symbolizes the Maison.
The second roll cake, "Roll Cake Ispahan," is available exclusively at the Shibuya Shoto store. It is a heart-shaped roll cake of raspberry and lychee, wrapped in a soft, fluffy rose-flavored cream and rolled in a soft, fluffy rose genoise pastry. With a delicate and gentle texture, it is a dish that overflows with the graceful flavor of rose and lychee. It will be sold exclusively at the Shibuya Shoto store from April 1st to the end of June.
