The women's shoe floor on the second floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku will undergo a major refresh and reopen on August 28th for the first time in seven years. A "new women's shoe shopping experience" that combines hospitality and digital technology will allow customers to find their perfect pair of shoes. 

Isetan Shinjuku is currently undergoing a remodel to evolve its motto of "Every day is new. Isetan Fashion," create new value and differentiate itself, and enrich the soul. The women's shoe floor on the second floor of the main building, which will be renovated for the first time since November 2012, will be divided into various zones, including luxury, casual, dress, and pumps. The floor aims to provide the ultimate customer experience by offering a wide range of products, experiences, and services, including new shopping experiences, personalized customization, a digital shoe discovery service, and exclusive products only available at Isetan Shinjuku.

The remodeling will expand the Prestige Zone's floor space by approximately 1.2 times compared to before the renovated reopening, creating a brand-specific hospitality space and an Isetan-style comparison shopping environment. Isetan stylists (sales staff) will provide customer service tailored to customer requests across brand boundaries.
 
 
 
The store will offer the world's first customization of Church's women's shoes, as well as approximately 40 exclusive Isetan models from around 20 brands, including Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo, Sergio Rossi, and Salvatore Ferragamo. Roger Vivier and Dior will also be permanently featured in the women's shoe selection, providing a wide selection of products and custom orders to meet individual needs.

An “IT SHOES” corner has also been set up as a place where you can encounter new brands recommended by Isetan and the latest shoes from around the world. Within the corner, a new space will be created where suggestions will be made based on the latest themes, transcending the boundaries of luxury brands.
In addition, to mark the reopening, the Prestige Zone will be offering limited edition items from around 20 brands, including Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik, Chloe, and Fendi.

In the pumps zone, "your FIT 365" has been introduced, a service that helps you choose pumps starting with your feet. This new service seamlessly connects online (app and e-commerce) with offline (physical stores), visualizing foot data using 3D foot measurements, matching digitized last information with shoe last information, and making recommendations from in-store and stock items.

The women's shoe shop on the second floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku will recommend ready-made shoes that fit each individual's feet, with a focus on pumps, from a selection of around 1,000 different colors and patterns. In addition, around 30 shoe counselors will be on hand to assist customers in the store, not only measuring their data but also helping them find a pair that best suits their senses and preferences, ensuring a stress-free shoe-buying experience.

In the shoe zone, shoe brand ECCO will be introducing "ECCO QUANT-U," an in-store custom shoe experience using a 3D printer.
Your feet will be measured using a 3D measuring device, and a midsole that fits your foot will be created on the spot using a 3D printer in 60 minutes. You can choose from 10 upper colors. The sneakers themselves are priced at 28,080 yen (tax included), the midsole at 27,000 yen (tax included), and the measurement fee at 27,000 yen (tax included).

A rich customization menu called "Made to Order" will also be available, allowing you to create a pair of shoes that are just yours. The lineup will include customization content from approximately 10 brands, including Paraboot, Santoni, and Chatelles, ranging from limited-time launches this fall/winter to permanent launches. The extensive menu includes world-first services such as color customization, fur material customization, and customization of shoe accessories.
