The Isetan Shinjuku Main Building 6th floor event hall will host the "Isetan British Exhibition" from March 15th to 19th. As the name "British Party" suggests, the exhibition will feature a wide range of sweets and items celebrating Easter, as well as cute and colorful British pastries and scones that will give you a sense of the arrival of spring, and even authentic tea. For a limited time, the venue's tea room will also be offering authentic British tea room menus, as well as menus from popular British afternoon tea salons in Tokyo.

is a black tea class and black tea & British sweets specialty store located in Nippori, Tokyo, founded in 2002. This carrot cake has a rich texture and is made with plenty of carefully grated carrots and walnuts. Enjoy the subtle aroma of spices as well. The carrots are made from homemade marzipan, and are as adorable to look at as they are delicious to eat.

Carrot cake is a popular item from Lazy Daisy Bakery, a small British pastry shop in Yushima, Tokyo. The spice-scented dough is made with plenty of coarsely grated carrots and is accented with coarsely chopped sultana raisins and walnuts. For a limited time only, it is topped with cream cheese icing and edible flowers.
