The "An Cake Lemon" (540 yen), available from July 5th to mid-September, combines white bean paste with lemon and white chocolate, creating a moist cake topped with a refreshing lemon-flavored icing. Enjoy it with the "An Paste [Raspberry]" topping and fresh cream.

The "Vegetable Box" (918 yen), available in limited quantities every day from 11:30, is a healthy lunch box filled with freshly steamed "buns" filled with chickpea paste and a main dish of roasted vegetables scented with herbs. It comes with a dressing made with the store's specialty, "an paste paste," allowing you to discover a new way to enjoy the paste.

"Seasonal Soup (Corn and Carrot) and Bun" (972 yen), available until July 30th, is a dish that comes with a bun and a soup made from a combination of corn and carrots, topped with raw corn. The bun can be chosen from two types: an bun or a veggie bun, and is also available for takeout.
"Chilled Bean Paste Amazake" (594 yen) *Available only at An Stand Shinjuku and Toraya Cafe Aoyama
Meanwhile, from July 5th to mid-September, "Chilled Bean Paste Amazake" (594 yen) will be sold exclusively at An Stand Shinjuku and Toraya Cafe Aoyama, featuring rice koji-flavored amazake topped with bean paste. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking by dissolving the bean paste at the bottom of the cup.
In addition, the "Yokan A La Carte [Coffee, Ginger, Tomato]" (897 yen) will also be available at all An Stand and Toraya Cafe locations, as well as the online shop. The set includes three flavors: "Coffee," which combines fragrant and refreshing Hawaiian Kona coffee with bean paste; "Ginger," a white yokan bean paste with the spicy aroma of ginger; and "Tomato," an amber yokan made with Italian tomato paste, known for its strong umami flavor and beautiful red color. The sale period is scheduled to run from July 5th until the end of September.
